नई दिल्ली: प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी (Narendra Modi) जिस विमान से अमेरिका दौरे पर गए हैं, वो Boeing 777-300 E.R. सीरीज का आधुनिक विमान है. इसका नाम Air India One है, अमेरिका में राष्ट्रपति के लिए भी इसी सीरीज के विमान का इस्तेमाल होता है. इस विमान से पहले भारत में प्रधानमंत्री, उप राष्ट्रपति और राष्ट्रपति के लिए Boeing 747 Jumbo Jet विमान इस्तेमाल होता था, जिसे अमेरिका दौरे के दौरान Refueling के लिए जर्मनी के Frankfurt Airport पर रुकना होता था. इस नए विमान में Refueling की जरूरत ही नहीं पड़ती यानी ये विशेष विमान नॉन स्टॉप दिल्ली से अमेरिका के लिए उड़ान भरता है.

मिसाइल हमलों को भी कर सकता है नाकाम  

इस विमान की खासियत है कि ये किसी भी तरह के मिसाइल हमलों को नाकाम कर सकता है. ये एक ऐसे सिस्टम से लैस है जो Infrared मिसाइलों को जाम कर दूसरी तरफ मोड़ देता है. इसमें मिसाइल एप्रोच वार्निंग सिस्टम भी है, जो विमान की तरफ आ रही मिसाइलों का पता लगा सकता है. ये सिस्टम विमान को ट्रैक कर रहे दुश्मन देश के रडार को भी जाम कर चकमा दे सकता है. जब कुछ काम ना आए तो इस सिस्टम की मदद से Flares यानी छोटे-छोटे रॉकेट छोड़े जा सकते हैं. ये रॉकेट इतनी गर्मी और रोशनी पैदा करते हैं कि Infrared मिसाइलें इनकी तरफ खिंची चली आती हैं और विमान हमले से बच जाता है. ये विमान सेटेलाइट कम्युनिकेशन (Satellite Communication) सिस्टम से भी लैस से है, जिससे सफर के दौरान दुनिया के किसी भी कोने में सम्पर्क किया जा सकता है. अमेरिका की Aerospace कम्पनी Boeing ने पिछले साल ही भारत को दो ऐसे VVIP विमान सौंपे थे. भारत में इस विमान का संचालन भारतीय वायु सेना के पास है.

2014 से अब तक 60 देशों की यात्रा

प्रधानमंत्री का ये सातवां अमेरिकी दौरा है. 2014 से अब तक उन्होंने अपने 107 विदेशी दौरों में 60 देशों की यात्रा की है. प्रधानमंत्री मोदी ने अपने सफर के दौरान की एक तस्वीर भी कल सोशल मीडिया पर पोस्ट की थी, जिसमें वो काम करते हुए दिख रहे थे. इस तस्वीर के साथ उन्होंने लिखा था, 'लंबी उड़ान का मतलब कुछ पेपर और फाइल वर्क करने का अवसर भी होता है'.. दरअसल, प्रधानमंत्री मोदी जब भी विदेशी दौरों पर जाते हैं, तब उनका ध्यान दो चीजों पर सबसे ज्यादा होता है. पहला वो रात के समय सफर करते हैं ताकि समय का सदुपयोग कर सकें और दूसरा ऐसे विदेशी दौरों पर होटेल और दूसरे खर्चों को जितना हो सके, उतना कम कर सकें.

यात्रा के दौरान भी कोई काम पेंडिंग नहीं छोड़ते प्रधानमंत्री

समय के सदपुयोग के लिए प्रधानमंत्री मोदी विदेशी दौरे पर अपने साथ प्रधानमंत्री कार्यालय की ढेर सारी फाइल्स लेकर चलते हैं, ताकि खाली समय के दौरान वो अपना फाइल वर्क कर सकें और उनके विदेशी दौरों की वजह से कोई काम भी पेंडिंग ना रहे. इसके अलावा घरेलू दौरों पर भी वो ऐसा ही करते हैं. इसे आप इस तस्वीर से समझ सकते हैं. वर्ष 2018 में जब प्रधानमंत्री सरकारी कार्यक्रम के लिए अंडमान गए थे, तब उनके हाथ में ढेर सारी फाइल्स थीं. विदेशी दौरों पर ज्यादा खर्च ना हो, इसके लिए प्रधानमंत्री ज्यादातर यात्राएं रात के समय करते हैं ताकि उन्हें होटेल में ज्यादा दिन ना रुकना पड़े और वो कम से कम समय में अपनी विदेशी यात्रा को खत्म कर पाएं. उदाहरण के लिए, 2016 में प्रधानमंत्री ने सिर्फ चार दिनों में तीन देशों की विदेशी यात्रा की थी. ये तीन देश थे, सउदी अरब, बेल्जियम और अमेरिका. यानी ऐसा नहीं है कि तीनों देश आसपास थे. इस चार दिन के दौरे में प्रधानमंत्री ने अपनी तीन रातें विमान में ही बिताई थीं.

This aircraft is also equipped with satellite communication system, which can be contacted in any corner of the world during the journey. American aerospace company Boeing handed over two such VVIP aircraft to India last year. The operation of this aircraft in India is with the Indian Air Force.

First, they travel during the night so that they can make good use of the time and secondly they can reduce the hotel and other expenses on such foreign tours as much as possible.

 To make good use of the time, Prime Minister Modi takes a lot of files of the Prime Minister's Office with him on foreign tours, so that he can do his file work during his free time and there is no work pending due to his foreign tours. For example, in 2016, the Prime Minister had traveled abroad to three countries in just four days. These three countries were Saudi Arabia, Belgium and America.
