Firecrackers banned on Diwali: बढ़ते प्रदूषण को देखते हुए कुछ राज्यों ने दिवाली पर पटाखों पर पूर्ण प्रतिबंध लगाया है तो कुछ राज्य सरकारों ने सिर्फ ग्रीन पटाखों को अनुमति दी है और इसके लिए समय सीमा तय की गई है.

नई दिल्ली: दिवाली के मौके पर पटाखों से होने वाले प्रदूषण (Pollution) पर रोक लगाने के लिए राज्य सरकारों ने कमर कस ली है और कुछ राज्यों ने पटाखे जलाने पर पूरी तरह से प्रतिबंध (Firecrackers banned on Diwali) लगा दिया है, जबकि कुछ राज्य सरकारों ने ग्रीन पटाखे जलाने की अनुमति दी है. हालांकि इसके लिए समय सीमा तय की गई है. 

पटाखे जलाने से होता ये खतरनाक असर

पटाखे जलाने से ज्यादा आबादी वाले शहरों में वायु प्रदूषण बढ़ जाता है, जो सर्दी के मौसम में एयर क्वालिटी इंडेक्स पहले से ही खराब स्थिति में है. कोरोना वायरस महामारी (Coronavirus Pandemic) के बीच पटाखे जलाना और ज्यादा खतरनाक है, क्योंकि प्रदूषण की वजह से इम्यूनिटी कमजोर होती है और लोगों को सांस लेने में दिक्कत का सामना करना पड़ता है.

कई राज्यों ने पटाखे पर लगाया प्रतिबंध

इन कारणों को ध्यान में रखते हुए देख के कई राज्य सरकारों ने पटाखों के उपयोग पर पूर्ण प्रतिबंध लगाने का फैसला किया है. इसके साथ ही खरीदने और बेचने पर भी बैन लगा दिया गया है. वहीं कुछ राज्यों में सिर्फ ग्रीन पटाखे जलाने की अनुमति दी गई है, हालांकि इसके लिए समय सीमा तय की गई है.

दिल्ली में पटाखे पूरी तरह बैन

दिल्ली में हर साल सर्दी आते ही एयर क्वालिटी इंडेक्स (AQI) खराब स्तर पर पहुंच जाता है और इसे देखते हुए दिल्ली प्रदूषण नियंत्रण समिति (Delhi Pollution Control Committee) ने 1 जनवरी 2022 तक राष्ट्रीय राजधानी में पटाखे फोड़ने पर प्रतिबंध लगाया है. दिल्ली सरकार ने प्रदूषण पर कंट्रोल के लिए पटाखों की बिक्री पर भी पूरी तरह प्रतिबंध लगा दिया है.

ओडिशा में भी पटाखे बैन

त्योहारी सीजन में ओडिशा सरकार (Odisha Govt) ने भी पटाखों की बिक्री और उपयोग पर पूर्ण प्रतिबंध लगा दिया है. सरकार के आधिकारिक आदेश में कहा गया है, 'आम जनता के स्वास्थ्य की रक्षा करने और संक्रमण के प्रसार को रोकने के लिए इस त्योहारी महीने के दौरान पटाखों की बिक्री और उपयोग प्रतिबंधित रहेगा.'

राजस्थान में 2 घंटे जला सकेंगे ग्रीन पटाखे

प्रदूषण के हानिकारक प्रभाव और कोरोना वायरस की तीसरी लहर के खतरे को देखते हुए राजस्थान सरकार ने 1 अक्टूबर से पटाखों की बिक्री और उपयोग पर प्रतिबंध लगा दिया है. राज्य सरकार ने इस साल दिवाली पर ग्रीन पटाखों जलाने और बेचने की अनुमति दी है. एनसीआर क्षेत्र को छोड़कर अन्य जिलों में दीपावली पर दो घंटे यानी रात 8 से 10 बजे तक ग्रीन पटाखों जलाने की अनुमति दी गई है.

पंजाब में पटाखों पर पूरी तरह प्रतिबंध

राज्य सरकार ने पंजाब में पटाखों के भंडारण, वितरण, बिक्री, उपयोग और निर्माण पर प्रतिबंध लगा दिया है. हालांकि त्योहारों पर सरकार द्वारा ग्रीन पटाखों के उपयोग और बिक्री की अनुमति दी गई है. प्रदेश में दिवाली पर रात 8 से 10 बजे तक ही लोगों को पटाखे फोड़ने की अनुमति होगी.

पश्चिम बंगाल में ग्रीन पटाखे जलाने की अनुमति

पश्चिम बंगाल में वायु प्रदूषण को देखते हुए पटाखों की बिक्री और उपयोग पर प्रतिबंध लगा दिया गया है. हालांकि दिवाली और छठ पूजा पर ग्रीन पटाखे फोड़ने की अनुमति होगी. इसके लिए दो घंटे का समय निर्धारित किया गया है. लोग दिवाली पर रात 8 से 10 बजे और छठ पूजा पर शाम 6 से 8 बजे तक ग्रीन पटाखे जला सकते हैं.

इन राज्यों में पटाखे पर बैन

बिहार और उत्तर प्रदेश जैसे कई अन्य राज्यों ने त्योहारी सीजन में प्रदूषण के स्तर को देखते हुए कुछ जिलों में पटाखों की बिक्री और उपयोग पर प्रतिबंध लगा दिया है. छत्तीसगढ़ सरकार ने एक विशिष्ट समय निर्धारित किया है जब लोग पटाखे फोड़ सकते हैं. महाराष्ट्र सरकार ने पटाखों के उपयोग पर प्रतिबंध नहीं लगाया है, लेकिन लोगों से इस साल पटाखे जलाने से परहेज करने का अनुरोध किया है.

 Keeping these reasons in mind, many state governments have decided to impose a complete ban on the use of firecrackers. Along with this, buying and selling has also been banned. At the same time, only green crackers have been allowed to be burnt in some states, although a time limit has been fixed for this.

 Firecrackers completely banned in Delhi

 Every year in Delhi, the Air Quality Index (AQI) reaches a poor level with the onset of winter and in view of this, the Delhi Pollution Control Committee has banned the bursting of crackers in the national capital till January 1, 2022. The Delhi government has also completely banned the sale of firecrackers to control pollution.

 In the festive season, the Odisha government has also imposed a complete ban on the sale and use of firecrackers. The government's official order said, "The sale and use of firecrackers will remain prohibited during this festive month to protect the health of the general public and to prevent the spread of infection."

 Green crackers will be able to burn for 2 hours in Rajasthan

 In view of the harmful effects of pollution and the threat of third wave of corona virus, the Rajasthan government has banned the sale and use of firecrackers from October 1. The state government has given permission to burn and sell green firecrackers on Diwali this year. In other districts except NCR region, permission has been given to burn green crackers for two hours i.e. from 8 to 10 pm on Diwali.

 Firecrackers completely banned in Punjab

 The state government has banned the storage, distribution, sale, use and manufacture of firecrackers in Punjab. However, the use and sale of green firecrackers has been allowed by the government on festivals. People will be allowed to burst firecrackers only from 8 to 10 pm on Diwali in the state.

 Permission to burn green crackers in West Bengal

 In view of air pollution in West Bengal, the sale and use of firecrackers has been banned. However, bursting of green crackers will be allowed on Diwali and Chhath Puja. Two hours have been fixed for this. People can light green crackers on Diwali from 8 to 10 pm and on Chhath Puja from 6 to 8 pm.

 Firecrackers are banned in these states

 Several other states like Bihar and Uttar Pradesh have banned the sale and use of firecrackers in some districts in view of the pollution levels during the festive season. The Chhattisgarh government has set a specific time when people can burst crackers. The Maharashtra government has not banned the use of firecrackers, but has requested people to refrain from burning crackers this year.
